Learn to Cook the AGA Way!
Cooking on the AGA is not like cooking on lesser implements. It takes time and experimenting to get it right. Our cooking classes will cut the learning curve and make AGA ownership more satisfying.
You're invited to come spend a day or two or three in Asheville, North Carolina, located in the heart of the Great Smoky Mountains. You'll get hands-on experience and learn to cook the AGA way. (How to get here)
Standard Three Day Course
Cost: $435 per person, per day (effective 1/1/06)
- Includes a 48 Page Custom Cookbook just for our AGA school attendees.
- Class size: maximum 2 persons
- Courses are usually held first Wednesday-Friday of each month but the schedule can be rearranged to suit.
- Reservations and $435 per person deposit are required thirty days in advance. AMEX, VISA and MasterCard are accepted.

One Day Bread Baking Class
- Learn how to make delicious, crusty Country French baguettes, heavy grain whole wheat breads, thick crusty loaves plus rolls and pastries. I'll show you how to make bread that looks like it came out of the ovens of a bakery.

Individualized Classes
We are happy to arrange totally custom classes for up to four consecutive days to suit any particular interest or need. Class size is limited to two persons. Cost is $600 per day, per person, and a deposit of the entire amount is required 30 days in advance. Deposit amount is the same regardless of number of days in the class. Contact us for information.
