Our ShowroomsWe have a four-oven, two-oven cooker, 44' Legacy, and an undercounter refrigerator along with a vast knowledge of all other AGA product available. We would be happy to have you stop by our showrooms whether you are just shopping, want to schedule a test-drive, demo, or class we're available to answer your questions. Chefcargo is open by appointment only so please contact us to set up a time that is convenient for you.
Test-drivesWe have both the AGA Cooker and the AGA Legacy fired up in our kitchen. A fine range is like buying a fine automobile. Up 'till now, the difference was car dealers let you take the car our for a spin before you buy. We thought we would do the same. When looking is just not enough, schedule a test-drive. An AGA trained chef will spend time with you one-on-one to help you find the AGA that will fit your needs. Use either a Legacy, Cooker or both. We only charge a small fee to cover the groceries and then we're all yours. Contact us to find out more and set up your test-drive.

The AGA Cooking School
Spend a few days in Asheville, North Carolina, located in the heart of the Great Smoky Mountains. You'll get hands-on experience and learn to cook the AGA way. (How to get here)
What You'll Learn in the AGA Cooking Classes
We've prepared an inclusive cooking class that will leave no question on how the AGA works. We start with the basics:
• Using the AGA cooker,
• Cooking family favorites and
• "Re-programming" yourself from your previous stove or range.
You'll learn about the ten best gadgets/accessories you'll need to make AGA cooking faster and better. We'll also give you a list of the never-be-without food stuffs to keep on hand. If you keep these ten items in your inventory, you can turn out hearty, satisfying meals -- and earn some "oohs" and "ahhhs" in the process. Everyone love oohs and ahhs and it also makes your AGA feel good.
Each student gets our custom 48-page cookbookStudents also receive a custom 48-page cookbook designed by us exclusively for the school. The cookbook spells out the entire course plus all menus, production notes and meal specs.
The Class Isn't for Lurkers The class is NOT a mere demonstration: Cook or be cooked. At your classes, it's strictly hanks-on for all students (that's why we limit the classes to two or three). You'll be up to your elbows doing a variety of food prep and cooking, seven hours a day for three days. Don't worry, we feed you along the way and we may even let you sit down to eat.
Three-Day AGA cooking class: With a class maximum of three persons, our three-day class is a personalized and intensive introduction to the world of AGA Cooking. The class includes a 48-page cookbook and one of our exclusive ACS aprons. Courses are usually held Monday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Friday, contact us to find a date that will work for you. Cost: $435 per person, per day. Reservations and $435 per person deposit are required thirty days in advance. Cash, check, America Express, VISA, MasterCard, and Discover are accepted.
