One Day Bread School
Bake basic and specialty breads in your AGA. Unlike other schools, AGA Cooking lets you actually get your hands doughey, creating, cooking and (yes!) eating your own handmade breads. Some of the breads we often use are:
Breakfast Breads
- Biscuits, Muffins, Bagels, Scones
- Make and eat your own English Muffins w/ poached egg and hollandaise.
Yeast Breads
- Basic french & Potato (use dough for sweet rolls, & fococcia)
- Focaccia
- Dinner Rolls
- Sesame Breadsticks
- Sourdough (using 3 different starters)
- Pumpernickel
- Potato
Other things you'll Learn
- Glazes, toppings etc
- Crepes, Bellini
- Tea Breads
Cost: $600 per day per person. The entire amount is required thirty days before class date to confirm reservation. Maximum class size, two persons.
You can also experiment by substituting spelt or other grains if desired. Contact Us for more information
