What you'll learn in our cooking classes for AGA owners
We prepare and produce custom, individualized cooking classes for AGA owners. We start with the basics:
how to use the AGA cooker,
how to cook family favorites and
how to get "re-programmed" from your previous stove or range.
Then, you'll learn about the ten best gadgets/accessories you'll need to make AGA cooking faster and better.
Next, you'll get a list of the eleven never-be-without food stuffs to keep in the cupboard and fridge. If you keep these ten items in your inventory, you can turn out hearty, satisfying meals for as six (or more) hungry guests -- and earn some "oohs" and "ahhhs" in the process.
The three day course also includes a 48 page cookbook prepared specially for the school. The book includes recipes for all the items prepared over the three days optimized for AGA cookers.

Ten gadgets you can't live without!
I love gadgets. I probably have 200 of them. There are at least ten of them you'll want to keep close by while you cook. One of them is the world's best corkscrew. Another is a square whisk which is perfect to get sauces from around the bottom of the pan. I'll show you all the good stuff -- and where you can get them for your self. (Asheville has one of the best cooking stores in the Southeast, Complements to the Chef. Maybe we'll go shopping there while you're in town.)
